Why Viking Training System?  The Vikings.. men and women.. had tremendous strength , power and endurance. Lifting heavy objects and feats of strength were a regular part of their training, going into battle wearing chainmail and carrying weapons required great muscular endurance. and rowing across the  North Sea really needs no explanation! At Viking  Training System we wish to embody the Viking noble virtues of camaraderie , resilience and diligence in our endeavours.
